RfII Statement on the proposal for a Data Governance Act (DGA) by the EU Commission – January 2021
As a contribution to the consultation on a Europe-wide legal framework for data sharing and the establishment of data sharing providers and services, the RfII has prepared a statement on the proposal by the EU Commission for a legal regulation on European data governance (Data Governance Act, November 2020). The statement reflects the perspective of academia on issues of data trusteeship and organizational best practice in data sharing.
